Terms and Conditions

1. Mandatory Agreement and Documentation

1.1 Acceptance

The Designer must accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the acceptance box below.
Submission is not valid without agreeing to the terms.

1.2 Required Documents
The following documents must be uploaded with this form:

A valid government-issued photo ID proof.
Updated resume.
Proof of address.
Bank account details (for payment purposes).
Portfolio of previous work (if requested).

Failure to upload the necessary documents will disqualify the application.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Services

The Designer will create website designs as assigned, adhering to the Company’s quality and functionality standards.

2.2 Timely Delivery

Projects must be delivered within the agreed timeline. Delays or subpar work may result in penalties or contract termination.

3. Payout and Payment Structure

3.1 Per-Project Payments
Compensation per project is as follows:

Starter Plan: ₹1,000 per website
Pro Plan: ₹1,400 per website
Enterprise Plan: ₹1,800–₹2,400 per website
Business Plan: ₹1,800–₹2,400 per website
Mega Plan: ₹2,000–₹3,000 per website

3.2 Performance Bonus

₹5,000 for completing more than 10 websites in a calendar month.

3.3 Payment Schedule

Payments will be reimbursed monthly, between the 9th and 12th of the following month. Only approved and completed projects qualify for payment.

4. Communication Policy

4.1 Official Channels

All communication must occur through approved channels (emails, calls, or messages via Company platforms).

4.2 Direct Client Communication

Designers are prohibited from direct client communication without prior written approval.

4.3 Compliance Monitoring

The Company reserves the right to audit communication logs.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

5.1 Confidentiality

Designers must not share project details or client information. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

5.2 Non-Compete

Designers are prohibited from soliciting or working directly with Company clients during or after their engagement for two years.

6. Project Assignment and Payment Responsibility

6.1 No Advance Payments

Projects will be assigned without advance payments. Payments will be based on the monthly payout structure and subject to project approval.

6.2 Completion Responsibility

Designers must complete projects as per the agreed timeline, ensuring client satisfaction.

6.3 Client Payment Collection

The Designer is responsible for ensuring the client makes the final payment post-completion.

6.4 Company Support for Delayed Payments

If the Designer delivers quality work and the client delays payment for reasons unrelated to the Designer, the Company will intervene to mediate and secure payment.
If the client remains unresponsive, the Designer will still be paid as per the agreed payout structure.

7. Quality Standards and Revisions

7.1 Compliance

All designs must meet Company standards. Subpar work must be corrected at the Designer's expense.

7.2 Revisions

Up to three revisions are included. Errors due to Designer negligence must be rectified without charge.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

Approved designs become the exclusive property of the Company after payment.

8.2 Reuse Restriction

Designers may not repurpose or share designs without written approval.

9. Termination and Legal Compliance

9.1 Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice.

9.2 Legal Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
